About House of Ichigo

Building systems for AI execution.

House of Ichigo helps organizations move from scattered experimentation to governed AI systems teams can actually use, trust, and scale.

Founded 2023 · Based in Paris · Operating Globally

Mission

Execution over experimentation. Systems over decks. Outcomes over activity.

Why We Exist

The gap we set out to close.

Every organization knows they need to do something about AI. Most don't know what. They run experiments that never scale, hire consultants who leave behind a deck, buy tools that sit unused, and end the year with a slightly different version of the same question they started with.

The gap between AI ambition and AI execution is where most transformations stall. Not because the technology isn't ready. Because the operating system isn't there.

House of Ichigo was built to close that gap. Not with more strategy sessions. With a system that runs.

— Sabri ben Radhia, Founder

What We Believe

Four principles we don't negotiate.

01

System-first

Deliverables should not be documents. They should be operating systems — durable, versioned, and owned by the organization, not the consultant.

02

Execution-first

Strategy is the easy part. We measure ourselves on what ships, what runs, and what the team can still operate a year after we leave.

03

Governance built in

Governance is not a workstream. It's a property of every initiative, present from capture through deployment — never bolted on at the end.

04

Capability transfer included

Our success is the team's independence. We don't build dependencies. We build operators.

How We Work

An operating model, not a service model.

Consultancies sell hours. Software companies sell licenses. We do something in between — we sell an operating system and the practices to make it stick. Here's how that actually works day-to-day.

We work in small teams

Every engagement runs with 2–4 senior practitioners. No pyramid staffing. No juniors learning on your budget.

We build reusable assets

What we build for one client compounds into our shared library. Everyone's next engagement is a little faster because of the last one.

We train as we build

Knowledge transfer isn't an afterthought or a wrap-up deck. It's embedded in every sprint. Your team ships with us, not just reviews our work.

We stay after the engagement ends

Academy graduates keep access to our Builder's Toolkit. Advisory and Solutions clients come back for the next phase. Most of our pipeline is repeat.

We're selective

We don't take every engagement. We work with teams that are ready to decide, sequence, and execute. If that's not you yet, we'll tell you — and point you to the Academy.

We share what we learn

What doesn't become a differentiator becomes a blog post, a workshop, or a module in the Academy. We don't hoard frameworks.

Why This Is Different

Not a consultancy. Not a SaaS. Something else.

We're not a consultancy because our deliverables outlast the engagement. We're not a SaaS because we deliver the expertise needed to make the product work in your context. We're a single house with three dedicated practices — Academy, Advisory, and Solutions — each strong enough to stand alone.

  • Most consultanciesHand you a deck. We hand you working systems.
  • Most softwareDrops you into a dashboard. We onboard with a team.
  • Most trainingTeaches theory. Academy trains on your data, your workflows, your context.
  • Most governancePolicy documents. We build enforcement into the lifecycle.
  • Most engagementsEnd at delivery. Ours continue as the Advisory relationship and the Academy learning loop compound.

How We Got Here

Why House of Ichigo.

会 (kai)

meeting · gathering · association

House of Ichigo takes its name from two ideas.

The Japanese character 会 (kai) means meeting, gathering, association. A house where expertise convenes. That's literally what we are — a network of senior practitioners who've spent decades shipping systems in enterprise, government, and startups, now working together under one roof.

Ichigo (一期) is a concept from Japanese tea ceremony — ichigo ichie, "one time, one meeting." The idea that every engagement is singular, irreplaceable, and deserves to be treated as such. No template responses. No recycled decks. Every client gets the version of us that only they will see.

We started House of Ichigo because we'd watched too many AI transformations stall in the gap between ambition and execution. We'd worked inside those organizations. We'd built the systems. We knew the gap was closable — but only if someone took Academy, Advisory, and Solutions seriously as one integrated discipline.

So we built one. And named it after the idea of a house where expertise gathers.
